SELECTION & STORAGE

Pistachios will stay fresh (shelled or in shell) for up to a year in a refrigerator or for up to 3 years in the freezer.

It is recommended to store the product in air tight containers and stored in fridge and/or freezer to maintain freshness and texture of the product.

Store in Cool dry place away from sunlight and heat source.

PREPARATION & SERVING METHOD

Pistachio kernels are mainly used as topping and garnishment of food, deserts, and other varieties of baked goods.

It makes an excellent choice for addition to smoothies and oatmeal’s.

It can be grounded into sauce or made into butter.

Mixed with other dried fruits and nuts to create a unique blend.

Used as a nutritious indirect when making healthy snack bars.
